Shipping Policy

Veloxi EXIM currently sells through Amazon.in. Shipping for those orders follows the Amazon listing, the Amazon checkout estimate, and Amazon’s delivery network (including Fulfilled by Amazon where applicable).

1. Dispatch

Unless a listing or the Amazon order pipeline says otherwise, Veloxi EXIM ships items within two days of receiving the order. You will be notified through Amazon if there is a delay or cancellation.

2. Delivery time and charges

Delivery dates, Prime eligibility, and shipping charges are shown at Amazon checkout based on your pincode. This website does not calculate shipping.

3. Serviceable locations

We deliver to pincodes Amazon.in supports for the listing. If Amazon cannot deliver to your address, checkout will say so.

4. Tracking

Track the parcel in Your Orders on Amazon.in. Do not share OTP or delivery codes with anyone other than the assigned delivery associate.

5. Failed delivery

If a delivery fails because the address is incomplete, the customer is unavailable after reasonable attempts, or the shipment is refused, Amazon’s failed-delivery and return-to-seller rules apply.

6. Damage in transit

If a package arrives damaged or the contents are wrong, raise a return or replacement from Your Orders, or use Amazon’s A-to-Z Guarantee if needed.

7. Website orders

This website does not ship products directly. If we later sell from this domain, this policy will be updated with independent courier timelines and charges.
